This Privacy Policy describes how Ad Profit Doctor (“we”, “us”, or “our”), operated by Joya Digital LLC (30 Wall Street, New York, NY, USA), collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website, web application, Slack agent, and related services (the “Service”).

1. Who this policy covers

  1. Customers and users who create an Ad Profit Doctor account.
  2. People who connect advertising or analytics platforms (including Meta / Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and similar) to the Service.
  3. Visitors to our public marketing pages.

2. Information we collect

  1. Account information: name, email address, password (hashed), company/agency details, and billing information processed by our payment provider.
  2. Connected ad accounts: when you authorize Meta, Google, or other platforms, we receive OAuth tokens and account identifiers, and we may pull advertising performance data such as spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, campaigns, creatives, and related metrics.
  3. Workspace content you provide: briefs, KPI targets, report settings, Slack messages you send to our agent, uploaded files you ask us to read, and similar content needed to run the Service.
  4. Usage and technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, log data, cookies or similar technologies, and product analytics needed to operate and secure the Service.

3. How we use information

  1. Provide, operate, and improve Ad Profit Doctor (dashboards, reports, syncs, alerts, Slack agent, PDFs, and related features).
  2. Authenticate you with advertising platforms and keep your connections working (including token refresh).
  3. Generate insights, recommendations, and reports using automated systems, which may include third-party AI providers processing prompts and tool results you initiate.
  4. Process payments, prevent fraud/abuse, comply with law, and communicate service updates or support replies.

4. Meta / Facebook data

  1. If you connect Meta (Facebook) Ads, we access only the data you authorize through Meta’s OAuth consent screen, typically including ad account access needed to read and (when you approve) manage ads.
  2. We use Meta data solely to provide the Service to you (reporting, monitoring, optimization workflows you request).
  3. We do not sell Meta user data. We do not use Meta data to build unrelated advertising profiles for third parties.
  4. You can disconnect Meta at any time in the Service under Integrations. You may also revoke access in your Meta/Facebook settings.

5. How we share information

  1. Service providers: hosting, database, email, payment (e.g. Stripe), analytics, error logging, Slack, and AI infrastructure providers who process data on our behalf under contractual obligations.
  2. Platform partners you connect: Meta, Google, and other ad platforms, according to their terms and your authorizations.
  3. Legal / safety: when required by law, to protect rights/safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale (with notice where required).
  4. We do not sell personal information.

6. Data retention

  1. We retain account and connected-platform data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service.
  2. After account deletion or disconnect, we delete or anonymize personal and connected-account data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain records for legal, security, or accounting reasons.

7. Your choices and rights

  1. Access, update, or delete account information from your profile settings where available.
  2. Disconnect integrations to stop new data collection from that platform.
  3. Request deletion of your personal data by emailing us (see Contact below). We will verify the request and respond within a reasonable time.
  4. Depending on your location (including GDPR/CCPA jurisdictions), you may have additional rights such as access, correction, deletion, portability, or opt-out of certain processing. Contact us to exercise those rights.

8. Data deletion request

  1. To request deletion of your Ad Profit Doctor account data, email privacy@joya-digital.com from your account email with subject “Data Deletion Request”.
  2. You can also use: https://adprofitdoctor.com/privacy/data-deletion.
  3. We will confirm receipt and delete or anonymize eligible data, typically within 30 days, unless retention is legally required.

9. Security

  1. We use industry-standard safeguards such as HTTPS, access controls, and hashed passwords. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

10. Children’s privacy

  1. The Service is not directed to children under 16 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. International transfers

  1. We may process data in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

12. Changes to this policy

  1. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the revised policy.
