Ad Profit Doctor (operated by Joya Digital LLC) lets you request deletion of personal data associated with your account, including data obtained from connected platforms such as Meta / Facebook Ads.

How to request deletion

1. Email privacy@joya-digital.com from the email address on your account.
2. Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request.
3. Include your account email and (if applicable) the Meta / Facebook user ID or ad account ID you want removed.

What we delete

1. Your Ad Profit Doctor account profile data.
2. Stored OAuth tokens and connected ad-account credentials.
3. Synced advertising metrics and report artifacts tied to your account, except records we must keep for legal, security, or accounting purposes.

Timing

1. We confirm receipt and complete eligible deletion within 30 days.
2. You may also disconnect Meta in the app under Integrations, or revoke access in your Meta / Facebook settings.
